The federal government is giving $10 million to the Canadian Foodgrains Bank, which will use it to help African partner organizations deliver aid to those impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
 “It has made a bad situation worse,” said program manager Stefan Epp-Koop.

Business leaders in Michigan, Ohio and Wisconsin are backing Canadian efforts urging a U.S. court to keep the Line 5 oil pipeline operating.
As CBC News reports, Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer is attempting to shutdown the cross-border pipeline, which she insists poses an unacceptable environmental risk along the bottom of the Straits of Mackinac, connecting Lake Huron with Lake Michigan.
