MILFORD, CT A Milford furniture store will soon be one of two from the chain left in Connecticut.
A liquidation sale has begun at the Manchester Pilgrim Furniture & Mattress City location, and when it closes at the end of the month or sooner just two stores will be left standing in Connecticut Milford and Southington.
The Manchester store is located at the Shoppes at Burr Corners shopping plaza in Manchester. Placards with neon green lettering were placed all over the Buckland Hills retail district over the weekend announcing the sale and by Monday morning, a staffer said items were going fast at Pilgrim.
