Trinamool Congress MP Mahua Moitra stormed out of a meeting of the Lok Sabha Ethics Committee today after being asked "filthy questions" during an inquiry into allegations she took Rs 2 crore cash bribe to ask questions in Parliament.
The Lok Sabha Ethics Committee will meet Thursday to probe allegations against Trinamool Congress MP Mahua Moitra, who has been accused taking money to ask, in Parliament, questions allegedly designed to target the Adani Group.
The Lok Sabha ethics committee has called BJP MP Nishikant Dubey and advocate Jai Anand Dehadrai for a hearing on October 26 in connection with their "cash for query" allegations against Trinamool Congress MP Mahua Moitra.
