Authorities in San Mateo County are trying to find out what happened to a car that may have gone over a cliff. The Fire Department says one witness reported seeing a dark car driving north on highway 1, speed up, and go off the cliff. Authorities found car parts in the surf, but its unclear where they came from. They said he was a credible witness, but again no other evidence indicates that this actually happened.
