I am very pleased to be able to speak to you at this Hillsdale College celebration of our magnificent constitution. Ofm a great admirer hillsdale. As i was telling larry, i dont get to make very many speeches like this. I am usually talking about crime rates and that kind of thing. I wanted to speak at hillsdale because it is one of the few maybe a handful of institutions of Higher Learning where it is actually worth spending the money to get an education here. I mean that sincerely. Sadly, many colleges these days dont even teach the constitution, much less celebrate it. One out of every four americans dont know who we fought the revolution against. Shows you sun coming in this morning and we have a sun and clouds mix and showers breaking a part out to the west for the most part, something could survive into the region during the morning rush hour. 66 degrees in philadelphia. 67 in wilmington, 64 in allentown. 63 in trenton. 68 degrees in cape may. The dewpoints right now are beginning to tick up a little bit, numbers in the 50s means its not humid at all. Trenton, allentown, reading, no problem, philadelphia getting up to 60 on the dewpoint scale which is where we begin to think its slightly humid, down south we have numbers in the mid 60s, its definitely humid there. All this is on the rise as we go through the morning and afternoon. Were looking at it getting increasingly humid today. Noon, 77. 3 00 p. M. , 82 degrees thats the high this afternoon well probably sit on that between 3 00 a. M. And 4 00 a. M. , as late as 7 00 a. M. Were holding on to 80 with the humidity on the rise. Weekend unsettled and sticky, probably spotty ....
