Madison Jamak, 25, of North Providence was charged with reckless driving, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and second-degree reckless endangerment. She was released on a $1,500 cash bond and is scheduled to appear June 9 in Norwich Superior Court. Police said they received a report at 2:50 a.m. Wednesday that a dark-colored car was traveling the wrong way on Route 2A in Montville. Police did not locate the vehicle in that area, but troopers spotted the car traveling north in the southbound lane on I-395 in Norwich in the area of Exit 14. ....

Madison Jamak, 25, of 54 Jane St. in North Providence, was charged with reckless driving, DUI, and second-degree reckless endangerment. State police received a call at about 2:50 a.m. Wednesday reporting a car driving the wrong way on Route 2A in Montville. Police were not able to locate the car initially. A short while later, troopers found car traveling northbound in the southbound lane in the area of Exit 14 on I-395. Subscribe Troopers initial efforts to get the driver to stop were unsuccessful.
