Police identify women killed in Saturday crash Ron DeBrock, ronald.debro0ck@thetelegraph.com FacebookTwitterEmail ALTON Authorities on Monday afternoon identified two women killed as a result of a Saturday afternoon accident in Alton. According to Alton Police, at 3:45 p.m. Saturday a tan Chevrolet Suburban was traveling east on Illinois 143 when it swerved for an unknown reason, left the roadway and rolled multiple times. Both occupants of the vehicle were ejected from the vehicle, according to police. Chastity A. Montoya, 24, of Alton, was pronounced dead at the scene by a Madison County Deputy Coroner. Mia A. Womack, 25, of Alton, was transported via helicopter to a St. Louis hospital where she later succumbed to her injuries.
