The Madison County Council Tuesday passed a resolution to determine the need for the construction of the proposed $110.5 million jail to house 550 inmates.
The Plan Commission Tuesday voted to make the unfavorable recommendation to the Madison County Commissioners on rezoning property on Ind. 13 at Interstate-69 for a proposed QuikTrip travel center.
