Linden — The city of Linden had a secondary foundation and structural investigation done on the Linden Mill building which found that the foundation was “adequate” for its current uses.

Council to address low-income housing, sewer study

Council will hear the first of two readings on an ordinance amendment Monday night, which is the next step in allowing a low-income apartment development to move forward.
Spire Development requested a Payment in Lieu of Taxes (PILOT) for a new Low Income Housing Tax Credit development, to be known as Center City Lofts. The 55-unit complex would be located at 2710 and 2712 Jefferson Avenue in Center City.
