A SENIOR healthcare support worker based on South Ward at Fairfield General Hospital has looked back on a long career as the NHS celebrates its 73rd anniversary. Heideman floated an idea of something she might like to do, so he gave her a gift certificate for six lessons with a potter in Sag Harbor, N.Y., where they used to live.
