The boy injured his arm but we are told his injuries are not serious. The boy was taken here to Presbyterian Hospital in West Philadelphia where we are told by police his injuries are not serious. We do know the scene has been cleared. Those tracks the Freight Train tracks and trolley tracks have been reopened tonight. But a scary night on the tracks for that teenager here in delaware county.
