DANIEL and Katie Whymark felt mixed emotions when discovering they were expecting a baby. There was excitement, naturally, and palpable shock, given they had been told their only chance of conceiving was through IVF. However, there was also plenty of anxiety, given their heart-wrenching experiences of the previous year. Daniel and Katie suffered heartache and every parents’ worst nightmare when losing their baby son the day he was born. Little Lucas died unexpectedly after being delivered at 41 weeks at Colchester Hospital in October 2019. It was a horrific time and the grieving continues. For now, though, the family have found unexpected happiness following the safe arrival of baby Harrison.

Harry Kewell felt his Latics team were worthy winners after they saw off high-flying Newport for the second time in just over a month.
Latics notched an impressive League Two against the automatic promotion-chasing Exiles thanks to an own goal winner from Mickey Demetriou and earlier strikes from Davis Keillor-Dunn and Bobby Grant.
With new signing Nicky Adams leading by example as skipper on his debut, Latics triumphed and moved up to 14th place in the table, six points shy of the play-off places.
