Great Bend man arrested after alleged meet-up attempt with 15-year-old girl Peter Nail A Great Bend man was arrested on sex charges Saturday after a sting operation where he allegedly thought he was meeting a 15-year-old girl in Great Bend. Peter Nail, 37, was arrested on charges of sexual exploitation of a child, indecent solicitation of a child and electronic solicitation. He was booked into the Barton County Detention Center with bond set at $1 million. According to the Great Bend Police Department, members of the GBPD met with members of a MotorCity Justice team around 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 23, in reference to tip information that a Great Bend man was soliciting sex from a 15-year old child.
