Loveland City Council decided on Tuesday that it will not pursue any further legal action in the case of alleged open meeting violations by four current and three former members.
Loveland City Council voted on Friday to hire a special prosecutor to take on a case involving four Loveland City councilors accused of violating the charter guidelines on open meetings.
On Thursday, the Loveland City Attorney’s office posted court filings from a 2021 defamation lawsuit filed by Mayor Jacki Marsh against City Councilor John Fogle.
