The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office jail is the first jail in the region to start using biomedical sensors on inmates to monitor their health and receive alerts in the event of a medical emergency.
Police said two men were charged with first-degree involuntary manslaughter and second-degree assault in connection with the crash Friday in St. Louis County.
