Highway 217 lane work, new overpass planned for 2021

Expect road closures as auxilary lanes are added along the busy thoroughfare along with a new Hall Boulevard overpass
The Oregon Department of Transportation is hosting an online open house from now until Dec. 17, addressing plans for a $134 million project that includes the installation of auxiliary lanes along Highway 217.
That same project will include the construction of a new Southwest Hall Boulevard overpass in Tigard, between Highway 99W and Pfaffle Street.
Highway 217 is a major thoroughfare that connects Beaverton, Tigard and the Portland metro area with approximately 120,000 drivers a day, said Kelly Martin, project manager for the Oregon 217 auxiliary lane project.
