a man has been remanded in custody after appearing in court charged with the murder of sabina nessa. the 28 year old was killed after she walked to meet a friend. the 26 year old man was arrested. it is now more than a week after sabina nessa vanished after she made her way to a bar in this square in kidbrooke in south east london. over the weekend, the police investigation switched to eastbourne in east sussex. and today, there was a first court appearance for a man arrested there. he is accused of the murder of the primary school teacher. the 26 year old is an albanian national, his lawyer told the court he did not need an interpreter for the brief hearing today. he gave his name, address and date of birth. he is charged with murdering sabina nessa in caterer park in kidbrooke. her body was discovered here the day after she went missing. the defendant s lawyer said his client had indicated that he would be pleading not guilty to the murder charge. this is not a formal e
