The annual Portland Fermentation Festival, affectionately known as “Stinkfest”, is back this year after a three-year hiatus due to the pandemic. The Festival returns for the 11th time, since its start in 2009, this Thursday, October 19th from 6 to 9PM at Ecotrust's Irving Street Studio and Rooftop Terrace in Portland's Pearl District.
