Police and paramedics found the man on the ground bleeding from the head. The call came in around health care p. M. About a vehicle hitting the victim in a parking lot. He looked pretty badly shaken up. So you know, they were bandaged up and putting him on a stretch board. Reporter San Francisco police say the victim had seen two men in hoodies breaking into the black mustang and taking out a cam a flaj backpack. This person had seen two suspects breaking into his vehicle. He attempted to take pictures of the suspects. The suspects then broke into a second vehicle at which point the suspects noticed him taking pictures. Reporter Police Say Witnesses saw the suspects silver car run into the victim. The force of the impact flipped him up on to the top of the windshield before he hit the pavement and the car took off down 34th avenue. By chance an sf muni driver on balboa saw them speed by.
