S School Graduate owen labrie will serve a year in jail in connection to the Sexual Assault of an underclassman as part of a tradition known as the senior salute. Good evening, i m shelley walcott. Tom i m tom griffith. Before learning his punishment, owen labrie heard from the wmur s Kristen Carosa has more from today s sentencing. Kristen the victim in this case statement before labrie was sentenced. She spoke about how this has impacted her life and why she is fighting so hard for justice. To this day i still feel numb. Appearing by video, the girl who was sexually assaulted by her st. Paul s classmate owen labrie recalls the day it i will never understand why the offender raped me. Labrie has been sentenced to one year in jail and 5 years of probation. The victim says what labrie did suffering. What he did to me mad ....

Passengers evacuated the jet using emergency slides as fire crews sprayed foam on to the plane to sting wing the flames. One person suffered serious burns and bumps bruises and sprains the fire was put out quickly and one runway was reopened within the last hour. But again, the delays remain. Police say a dna examination link adams gomes to crime that happened near the Surf Side Beach parking lot. Adams gomes turned himself in to Nantucket Police with his attorney.
