The severe storms dealt damaging winds and deluges that flooded streets and roads, stalled cars, caused power outages, delayed or closed schools and postponed graduation ceremonies.
Tuesday is a 6 First Alert Weather Day as we track two rounds of severe weather. One overnight into this morning left behind flash flooding and some damage in several areas. Round two is expected between about 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. for the immediate Omaha metro area, with all modes of severe weather, including tornadoes, on the table.
