Crisfield man charged with first-degree murder in Salisbury shooting

Troopers have arrested a Crisfield man suspected of shooting and killing a Salisbury man Friday night, according to Maryland State Police.
Levonte Javar Martin, 28, has been charged with first- and second-degree murder in the fatal shooting of 26-year-old Devonta Fagans. He was taken before the Wicomico County District Court Commissioner and denied bond.

Police said Fagans was found with apparent gunshot wounds at an apartment complex in the 500 block of Emory Court in Salisbury around 10 p.m. Friday, when officers responded to reports of a shooting in the area. ....
