Police in Lethbridge have charged a woman with first-degree murder after her former common-law husband was run down with a pickup truck.
On June 1, 2020, officers arrived at the scene of a reported vehicle-pedestrian collision in an alley in the 900 block of 13th Street S.

They found a critically injured Austin James Forsyth, 30, who died after being taken to Chinook Regional Hospital.
A person with Forsyth at the time narrowly avoided being struck, said police.
