MATTOON — Over 100 hundred Princess Leia s, Rey s, Chewbacca s, Darth Vader s and baby Yoda s lined the Cross County Mall vying for the title of Most Beautiful Bagelfest Baby. One of these contestants was Lennox Louthan, the 1-year-old son of Myles Louthan and Jessica Carey of Mattoon, Ill. Lennox won in the boys 1 to almost 2-years-old category 30 years after his mom.
