The Financial Conduct Authority has reappointed Baroness Zahida Manzoor as chair of the Financial Ombudsman Service, following the Treasury’s approval. Manzoor was first appointed chair of the FOS in June 2019. She effectively replaced Nicholas Montagu on 2 August 2019.
