Central command. He prior to serving as the commander of central command, he commanded the u. S. Special operations command. Hes also a distinguished senior fellow at the middle east institute. Im happen foi welcome paul salem here. He is going to talk about a theme that has come up throughout the discussion this morning which were all aware of but werent sure of what to think of.
