WATERTOWN â In April of last year, two sisters came to their father concerned about the families who were unable to work and support themselves during the pandemic, so the three decided to set up a food pantry in the front yard of their home where people could come and take what they needed. Trevor L. Phillips, along with his daughters Logan A. Phillips, 16, and Leah K.
