Ghost Kitchens expands in Gujarat with Shy Tiger Brands acquisition, adding KBOB s and The Black Chimney. Founder Karan Tanna leads the strategic move, securing funding and acquiring Speak Burgers and technology firm WTF for further growth.

Ghost Kitchens India, a cloud kitchen startup, raised $5 million in a Series A funding round led by Gujarat Venture Finance Limited. The startup operates brands like Khichdi Paradise, Wakka Makka, and Bhayankar Burgers in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, and 40 cities in India.
