And also, it should be noted that Afters Lawyer said he one of this adjourned day to be at his mother in law services, it was found out that there was a Campaign Posting that he would be in New Hampshire on that same day that he was allegedly supposed to be that the services. So i think the Judge Today issued an order, basically thank you testify on the 22nd, and made a note that he was also supposed to be in New Hampshire the day that he said he couldnt be in court. And this is not a criminal trial, he does not have to be there. And i was about to say, lets just make it very clear, he is complaining he has to do something that he legally does not have to do. Yeah, this is not a criminal trial. He has a right to be there, but his presence is not required. All right, well have to leave it there.
