Maximum outcome. So this lady here with the glasses, and after her well go to the gentleman. Hi im teresa wilmerhutchins, and im at the center for International Student dees studies for maryland. Given all the action in uukraine, what are your directions for u. S. Policy . I have some recommendations. I think we should support ukraine very strongly financially, i think we should support ukraine very strongly militarily. I think the International Community should do both of those things, those of us who know better about the financial problems ukraine faces. So we ought to be their support. We should also defend and beef up the defenses in the nato nations that border russia. So thats an important if were trying to deter the russians from doing what theyve been doing, that is, first invading crimea and then invading the southeastern part of ukraine and we dont ....
Out the markets today borrowing capital at almost no cost anybody would do this. You get tremendous savings by being able to make your investment now. You would probably build it in three years it would be outdone. I am listening to you and im hearing highways. We are all thinking about highways right now. They dont have a bill and a highway funding runs out in 10 minutes we still dont have a bill on highway funding. Should we do this for our highway system . Shall we go through a notforprofit organization for our highway system and what about our waterways . Or we go to a private a notforprofit corporation for that . Some of the port authorities are good analogous to that. Indiana has done highways in ohio has done something similar. Theyre aspects and we have certainly done it on bridges in some cases. At a time when indiana is doing all it can to grow its economy the epa proposal proposed that it will slow our economic progress in raise peoples utility bills. In indiana, we are obviously concerned about the Economic Impact of the proposed rules on business and consumers, but we have also filed that he one pages of technical comments. We want to make sure the rule does not result in unintended consequences such as reduced reliability resulting in ground outs. Or not yet having all the necessary infrastructure in place to convert from coal to natural gas. For purposes of due diligence, indiana is evaluating all available responses to the proposed regulations from submitting estate plan to participating in original approach, or simply refusing to apply at all. However, the fact that this misguided policy will affect hoosiers and other people in this country w ....
Freedom information act, and they do not try to point any exemptions for National Security or classification reasons, it would be an unprecedented event as far as i know. The state department is incredibly aggressive. All agencies of the federal bureaucracy are incredibly aggressive impacting information that could be classified. The notion that the secretary of state, in the course of her duties, could write 55,000 pages or receive 55,000 pages of email and not one ioda of it is classified, would be very difficult for me or for anyone who is somebody with the freedom of information act to believe. I am confident it will be an interesting thing because the state department, as they process request, will have to decide they will look at an email and say, this is classified but if they try to read acted as such, they are making a liar out of the Hillary Clinton defenders. I ....
