Where the state has to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the 14yearold made the threats alleged against him. The Madison County, Nebraska Attorney is deciding whethth four teenagers arrested in connection with a threat at Newman Grove High School will be charged as adults. The threat, posted on facebook, prompted a lockdown and evacuation of the school wednesday. Ktiv us92s mike flood has details from newman grove. They immediately made their way to newman grove, surrounded the school and began investigating exactly what happened. A short time after their arrival, they took four students into custody, all juveniles, and transported them to the juvenile Detention Center in madison, which is about 15 miles away.
