In the week running up to the November general election through Dec. 2, five of the six runoff candidates for Laredo City Council spent $123,246 and received $153,381 for their campaigns.
Alyssa Cigarroa was again the biggest spender and receiver this reporting period, collecting $66,320 in campaign contributions and expending $79,209.
Her largest contributions this period came from Adriana, Jorge, Samantha and Paloma Cigarroa, who each gave $9,000, and Carlos G. Cigarroa, who gave $5,000.
