SWOSU is currently accepting nominations for the 2024 Bernhardt Academic Excellence Award. The nomination deadline is on Jan. 16, 2024, with nomination.
Sheriff Derek Manning said that his office has received reports this weekend of people stealing from mailboxes in rural Beckham County. Manning said there has also been at least one report of a suspicious vehicle that appeared to be following a package-delivery vehicle in the Elk City area.
