Video surveillance shows a black SUV entering the parking lot around 12:30 a.m. Monday. Two individuals are seen before leaving with the trailer attached to the SUV.
The Kawartha Lakes Police Service says around 12:30 p.m. on July 11, an unknown woman entered a retirement community on Heritage Way and entered multiple apartments units.
