Hundreds, including governor larry hogan, attended the funeral for Senior Deputy patrick dailey. He died earlier this month when a man shot him inside a horford county panera bread. Streets are swamped and as joe mentioned that boil water advisory is in effect for residents, city wide. Even an armored truck had trouble navigating the high water.
