Were following breaking news out of florida where an active shooter situation erupted this morning at Naval Air Station pensacola you can see on the map located up on the panhandle. There. We understand that the shooter himself is dead and 5 people were injured theyve been taken to at least one local hospital there. Any fatalities we still have no word were still waiting for information more information from local authorities but we do know that at least 5 people were taken to local hospitals for various injuries. The fact that they were taken to the hospital as a good sign that there was still alive debt Naval Air Station is still locked down because authorities have to assume that there could be a second or 3rd shooter out there which is why even though they said the shooter died. So it appears that it is blocked all the way back. I would presume probably even to 101, southbound. So you can see what its doing to traffic in that side and on the westbound side, its no walk in the park either as usually they can and go through here pretty quickly as this is not the workhorse of the east bay. According to the San Francisco fire department, a man working on a sewer line here near the corner of oak and to visit daraa was trapped beneath 8 to 10 feet of dirt and concrete. When the trench around him collapsed upon arrival, fire crews immediately launched an effort to dig down and rescue him. It took over 2 hours in over 50 firefighters working together actively reach the individual. The individual for signs of life . Unfortunately, 2 hours into this, its that were naming this a fatal incident. At this point, its unclear why the trench collapsed according to the San Francisco peuc. The victim was a private contractor working on the sewer line for the city. There are now multiple agencies investigating this death.
