The Lagos State government has arraigned a Bus Rapid Transit driver, Osibanjo Oluwaseun, who collided with a train at the PWD railway crossing on March 9 which led to the death of at least six persons before an Ikeja High Court. The defendant, who was arraigned before Justice Oyindamola Ogala, on Tuesday is facing 16 counts bordering on involuntary manslaughter and previous harm, preferred against him by the state government.
