the f-d-n-y says up to 25 people went to the hospital with injuries all of them appear to be minor. the bomb squad is currently on the scene. police are pushing everyone back to fifth avenue. trains are also being diverted in the area. stay with abc 11 for updates. this follows a pipe bomb explosion earlier today in new jersey. it went off shortly before a seaside park to benefit marines and sailors. the explosion occured in a trash can where runners were scheduled to pass. no one was hurt. the race was cancelled immediately following the blast. police called the bomb sophisticated and that it wasn t the work of an amateur. the f-b-i has taken over the case. so far no arrests have been made. a charter bus carrying a football team crashed this afternoon in richmond county killing four people. more than 40 people hurt. they were all taken to hospitals. the team was from ramahjuco academy and clinton college in rock hill south carolina. they were on their way to fayetteville f
