Our beloved father, husband and friend, Lacy James Scott (Scottie), passed away from cancer on his birthday, surrounded by the family he loved and who loved him. 
He was born in Radford, Virginia to Lacy Luelin Scott and Gladys Lula Wright Scott, who preceded him in death. He was raised in Sparta, North Carolina. He is survived by his wife Marilyn Gloria Divino Scott; his children Chris Scott (Dolores), James Scott, Ginny Booth (Mike), Marie Rodrigues (Jim) and Lacey Weibel (Trent); 13 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; and siblings Milton Scott, Margie Fagan (Larry) and Edward Scott (Carol). ....
