election. we ll walking through this potentially major development in just a moment. putin attempts to impose marshal law in parts of the country he annexed. on capitol hill, the top republican in the house is warning that financial support for ukraine could take a hit if the gop wins control of that chamber. good morning and welcome to way too early. thanks for starting your day with us. we re going to begin with new evidence connected to donald trump s efforts to overturn the 2020 election. according to a federal judge, trump signed legal documents claiming voter fraud in georgia. knowing that information was false. it involves one of the architects to overturn the case. he ordered him to turn over 33 new documents including e-mail that s the judge says demonstrate an effort by trump and lawyers to press false claims in federal court. according to the ruling, one of the documents includes an e-mail exchange in which eastman tells or members of trump s legal team that th
