MIFFLIN TWP. A driver stopped for speeding allegedly gave police the wrong identity in an attempt to hide the fact her license was suspended. Kylie Marie Bleyer, 28, was caught doing 90 mph on Interstate 80 near the Mifflinville interchange on Nov. 11 at 10:30 a.m., police say. The speed limit on that stretch of interstate is 70 mph.
