Eve Justine Wickstrom of Wahpeton, ND and Battle Lake, MN, formerly of Fergus Falls, MN, Chaska, MN, St. Louis, MO and Winnipeg, MB, passed away on December 11, 2023 at home surrounded by her family after a difficult 4-and-a-half-year battle with a debilitating and rare cancer. Eve was born on April 10, 2003 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada to Cora Warkentin Wickstrom and Kurt Wickstrom. She was born with her eyes wide open and full of energy, and that was how she lived her life. Eve’s health issues caused many challenges for her, yet she faced them bravely and with much grace. She began her chemical engineering program at UND, but was only able to attend for a short period of time. She loved math, so much so, that if she had trouble sleeping at night, she would do calculus to calm herself down. Eve had an extremely strong sense of faith, and was very kind and caring, and always thinking of others. She loved little children, and enjoyed supporting and contributing to her favorite charit
