This was a very tragic circumstance. The child was in danger and defenseless police public Information Officer Brittany K Jackson says good samaritans found the child in the Parking Lot and alerted officers witnesses say the car was found with the windows down, but the baby was sitting in the hot sun for at least a half hour officers later located.
