香港特区行政长官委任候选人资格审查委员会成员
政府发言人表示，因应资审会在候选人资格审查制度中承担的重要职能以及社会的意见，特区政府在立法会审议《2021年完善选举制度（综合修订）条例草案》时提出把资审会的组成扩展至爱国、独立和非政治性的社会人士，以进一步增强资审会的公信力。
发言人进一步表示，获委任的资审会非官守成员均是爱国者，即维护国家主权、安全和发展利益；尊重和维护国家的根本制度和香港特区的宪制秩序及全力维护香港的繁荣稳定。香港特区政府衷心感谢他们接受委任成为资审会的成员，协助审查并确认选举委员会委员候选人、行政长官候选人和立法会议员候选人的参选资格，为落实“爱国者治港”提供非常重要的制度保障。
