Lisbon A woman called to file a harassment report at 9:10 a.m. Tuesday, claiming that the father of her daughter threatened to kill her because she wouldn’t let him speak to her daughter who was busy getting ready for school. He reportedly called another 75 times and each time she answered the phone he threatened her. James. W.K. Adams, 21, Lisbon, was cited for display of license plate after a traffic stop on Chestnut Street after an officer noticed that the vehicle was not bearing registration at 10:42 p.m. –Officers were dispatched to the 300 block of East Washington Street on the report of an ATV driving through caller’s yard at 12:54 a.m. The officer spoke with the father of the boy who was driving the ATV who said he would have his son park it for the night and that they would try to be more respectful to their neighbors. ....
