We write in advance of the 94th Pre-session of the Committee on the Rights of the Child (“the committee”) and its review of Kyrgyzstan to highlight areas of concern regarding the government of Kyrgyzstan’s compliance with the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC). This submission addresses articles 2, 19, 24, and 28 of the Convention.
