The arm of a mechanic at a U.S. mail facility in N.C. was amputated last year after coming into contact with a machine that had a safety guard removed.
The incident happened on 27 September 2021 in North Carolina at a Greensboro Network Distribution Center, a bulk mail processing center with heavy conveyor lines.
