holmes criminal trial for fraud in california. and of course in minnesota, former police officer kim potter is accused of manslaughter for shooting and killing 20-year-old daunte wright during a traffic stop earlier this year. all three women, of course, have pled not guilty. now all they can do is wait. joining me now is nbc s shaquille brewster, live from outside the potter courthouse in minneapolis. i know the jury is meeting right now. what are you hearing? that s right, kristen. it comes after about five hours of deliberations yesterday. and it did include a question from the jury about two hours into those deliberations. they asked the judge about the timing of an interview that kim potter did with one of the psychologists who took the stand as part of the defense. they the judge, rather, said that all of the evidence had been submitted, and this was an interview that regarded the use of a taser and why kim potter drew the weapon. the prosecution brought up during cross-exam
