However, concerns over adequate human resources in the sector dampen the bright prospects and could cause supply issues.

Kim Dental, Vietnamâs largest private dental care platform, has recently raised $24 million in a series B round. The investment was led by ABC World Asia, a private equity fund dedicated to investing across Asia, seeded by Temasek. Proceeds from the round, which saw the participation from existing backer Aura Private Equity, will support Kim Dental in expanding the delivery of affordable and reliable oral health services across Vietnam.

HO CHI MINH CITY (Vietnam News/ANN): ABC World Asia, the Singapore-based private equity fund specialised in impact investing across Asia, has announced it has led a US$24-million Series B round in Kim Dental, among others.
Kim Dental CEO Su Duy Bin said his company was proud to receive $24 million from ABC World Asia for the impact it brings to the society with standardised oral healthcare services which help improve medical service quality in Vietnam and prevent oral diseases.
