Gardens have long been a source of serenity and secrets in literature.
On Jan. 13 author Julia Kelly will make a virtual appearance at the Avon Library to discuss her latest book, “The Last Garden in England.” The book moves through three different time periods and offers a glimpse at just how important a garden can be in a person’s life.
Kelly spoke with us about her new book and what inspired her to shape her narrative around a garden.
